  5. Morning or evening walks either on a flat trail or up the mountainside in the adjoining Coronado National Memorial Park.

  8. Opportunity to see lots of birds in their natural habitat including many varieties of hummingbirds. (Our mountain valley is the major migration route in the Western Hemisphere.) Many of them stay right here. There are numerous guided tours, and there are maps for the birder who wants to go it alone.

  9. An intimate atmosphere on a spacious complex. We have 6000 square feet under roof.

  10. An easy place to visit on good roads. We are less than a 2-hour drive from the Tucson, AZ airport.

  11. Rest, renewal and recreation – or –to experience everything from breathtaking to panoramic.


Of course, if one visitor wants the peace and quiet and the other wants to go, go, go. That is possible, too.
